Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of HHP Ads Manager (the "Application") and the website afiliadohhp.shop (the "Website"), both provided by Afiliado HHP ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Hiago Henrique in Brazil. By using the Application or the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Description of the Application

HHP Ads Manager is an internal software tool that uses the Google Ads API to create, modify and report on Google Ads campaigns. It is built and run by Afiliado HHP exclusively to manage advertising accounts owned or managed by Afiliado HHP. The Website gives information about the Application and our business.

2. Eligibility and authorized users

  • The Application is not a public product. It is not sold, licensed or made available to third parties.
  • Only people authorized by Afiliado HHP may use it, and only on Google Ads accounts that Afiliado HHP owns or is authorized to manage.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding agreements.

3. Google Ads and third-party terms

The Application depends on services provided by Google LLC. Use of the Application is also subject to:

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Application or the Website to:

  • access or change any Google Ads account without proper authorization;
  • create ads, keywords or landing pages that break Google Ads policies or applicable law, including rules on misleading claims, restricted products and consumer protection;
  • send excessive, automated or abusive requests that break Google Ads API rate limits or required minimum functionality rules;
  • share, sell, publish or expose developer tokens, OAuth credentials or Google user data;
  • reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the Application;
  • interfere with the security or normal operation of the Website, the Application or Google's services.

5. User responsibilities

  • Authorized users must keep their Google account, OAuth credentials and workstation secure, and must report any suspected unauthorized access right away.
  • Campaigns are created paused. Users must review every campaign, ad and budget before enabling it, and remain responsible for any advertising spend in their accounts.
  • Users must make sure all advertising content and landing pages are accurate, lawful and policy compliant.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we access, use, store and protect Google user data and other information. It forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Application, the Website and their content (including text, design, logos and code) belong to Afiliado HHP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. No license is granted except for authorized internal use of the Application.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Application and the Website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular advertising result. Availability also depends on Google's services, which we do not control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afiliado HHP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or advertising spend, arising from use of or inability to use the Application or the Website, including changes, outages or policy decisions made by Google. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code where it applies.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke any user's access to the Application at any time, especially for violation of these Terms or of Google's terms and policies. When access ends, stored credentials related to that user are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Users can revoke the Application's access to their Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application or Website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the operator's domicile in Brazil, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
