Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Afiliado HHP ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Hiago Henrique in Brazil, collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information in connection with HHP Ads Manager (the "Application") and the website afiliadohhp.shop (the "Website").

HHP Ads Manager is an internal tool. It is used only by authorized Afiliado HHP staff to manage Google Ads accounts that we own or manage. It is not offered to the public or to third parties.

1. Information we access

When an authorized team member signs in to HHP Ads Manager with Google, the Application requests one OAuth 2.0 scope:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords: lets the Application manage Google Ads accounts the signed-in user can access.

Through this authorization, the Application may access the following Google user data:

  • Account data: Google Ads customer IDs, account names, currency, time zone and manager (MCC) relationships.
  • Campaign data: campaigns, budgets, bidding settings, location and language targeting, ad groups, keywords, ads and their final URLs.
  • Performance data: metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions.
  • OAuth credentials: an OAuth refresh token issued by Google, which lets the Application call the Google Ads API on the user's behalf.

The Application does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars or any other Google service, and never receives or stores Google account passwords.

2. How we use information

We use Google user data only to provide the Application's user-facing features to our own team:

  • creating, editing, pausing, enabling and removing campaigns, budgets, ad groups, keywords and ads in our own Google Ads accounts;
  • showing campaign status and performance reports to authorized team members;
  • checking that changes were applied correctly, and troubleshooting errors returned by the Google Ads API.

We do not use Google user data for advertising targeting, user profiling, credit or lending decisions, or to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

HHP Ads Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

  • We use Google user data only to provide or improve the Application's user-facing features described above.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to others, except when needed to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to users.
  • We do not use or transfer Google user data to serve ads, and we do not sell it.
  • No human reads Google user data unless the user gives affirmative consent, it is needed for security purposes, it is needed to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations. Authorized staff reviewing their own company's campaigns are the intended users of the Application.

We also comply with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data or Google Ads data. We do not share it with third parties, except:

  • Google: the Application sends requests directly to the Google Ads API in order to work.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, court order or a valid request from a public authority.
  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with prior notice and under the same protections described in this policy.

5. Storage and security

  • OAuth refresh tokens, the developer token and OAuth client credentials are stored only in a local configuration file on Afiliado HHP's own password-protected workstation. They are not uploaded to any server, website, shared drive or code repository.
  • Communication between the Application and the Google Ads API uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
  • Campaign and performance data are displayed in real time and are not copied into any external database. Any reports we export are kept on the same secured workstation and used only internally.
  • Access to the Application is limited to authorized Afiliado HHP staff.

No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep OAuth credentials only while the Application is in active use by the authorized user. Locally exported reports are kept only as long as needed for internal analysis and then deleted. When access is revoked or no longer needed, we delete the stored refresh token and any related local files.

To request deletion of any data related to you, email contato@afiliadohhp.shop. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Revoking access

You can revoke HHP Ads Manager's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once access is revoked, the Application can no longer access your Google Ads data, and we will delete the related refresh token.

8. Website visitors and cookies

The afiliadohhp.shop Website is informational. It has no user accounts, contact forms, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not set its own cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address under Google's Privacy Policy. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and operational purposes.

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

9. Your rights (LGPD and GDPR)

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal data, and access it;
  • correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • request anonymization, blocking or deletion of data;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • file a complaint with a data protection authority, such as Brazil's ANPD.

10. Children's privacy

The Application and Website are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Application, the law or Google's policies. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how Google user data is used, we will ask for consent again before applying it.
